Product for Return or Exchange
- Please note that we cannot receive or exchange items that have been defaced or damaged.
- All return items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging and with purchase receipt.
- If you are returning your item via mail, please request a tracking function for your shipment. Additional postage costs will be incurred at your expense.
- Vivo Per Lei cannot be held accountable for products damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and include all accessories, user guides, certification, and accessories.
- Please note that the return item is the sole responsibility of the customer, even in transit, until it safely reaches Vivo Per Lei.
